This scotch cocktail was named after Rudolph Valentino’s 1922 Bullfighting movie with the same name. The juice of a blood orange lends it it’s characteristic red color.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Johnnie Walker Red
• Juice of ½ a blood orange
• 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
• 3/4 oz cherry brandy

Directions

• Pour all of ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Fill shaker with ice, and shake well for 10 seconds; strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of orange.
