Grapefruit-Fizz

INGREDIENTS

  • 270ml Tanqueray No. Ten
  • 480ml tonic water
  • 120ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 90ml Aperol
  • Pink grapefruit zests to garnish
  • METHOD

  • 1. Measure all of the ingredients into an ice filled jug
  • 2. Stir to ensure all of the ingredients are mixed
  • 3. Pour into large wine glasses filled with fresh ice and garnish with a grapefruit zest
  • Pairs well with Tanqueray 10
