Raven Deep Dark Red VQA
Raven Deep Dark Red is a blend of Niagara’s best grapes crafted into a deep, dark and delicious wine.
The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. VQA on the bottle refers to The Vinters Quality Alliance. It is a regulatory and appellation system that guarantees the quality and authenticity of wines produced in Canada.
Raven Deep Dark Red is deep purple in colour. The nose is both aromatic and spicy with raspberry and blueberry notes. The palate is medium dry with balanced acidity and soft tannins.

Gahan Pumpkin Ale
Gahan Pumpkin Ale is a seasonal beverage produced by the PEI Brewing Company using locally sourced pumpkins.
It is brewed with premium malts, Pumpkin flesh, fresh ginger, allspice, nutmeg and cloves with a touch of brown sugar. Aromas of spice, sweet toasty malts and pumpkin open on the nose. The flavour is slightly sweet, medium to full bodied with a medium bitterness. The Gahan Ale is more restrained in its approach and a great introduction to Pumpkin style beer.
The Pumpkin Ale is a beverage that can transition easily from appetizers to main course and desserts. It’s a great pairing with Coconut Curry Pumpkin Soup, Roasted Pumpkin with honey and feta as a fall side dish and desserts that highlight Carmel and chocolate. - 1 bottle of Gahan Pumpkin Ale
- ½ cup Apple Cider
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Dash of Ground Cinnamon
- Orange Wedge
- Stir beer and apple cider with cinnamon stick.
- Pour into 2 glassed.
- Sprinkle with Cinnamon.
- Garnish with orange wedge and cinnamon stick.

The Kraken Spiced Rum
The Kraken is a Caribbean black spiced rum distilled using naturally sweet molasses from locally grown sugar cane.
There are over 11 different spices used in the blend including ginger, clove and cinnamon. The Kraken is strong, rich and spicy. Cloves, plum preserves and cinnamon are revealed on the nose. Hints of chocolate, molasses and vanilla show on the palate. The finish is smooth and lingering.
This Dark rich rum is ideal with dishes containing ginger, pepper and sweet spice. Try it with BBQ meats, Jerk Chicken or flambé desserts featuring bananas.

Black Magic Mojito: Debbie’s Cocktail Recipe
- 2oz Kraken Spiced Rum
- 8 Mint Leaves
- ½ Lime cut into 4 wedges
- 1-2 Tbsp sugar (to taste)
- Soda Water
- In a sturdy glass add the mint leaves and 2 lime wedges.
- Muddle to release the oils.
- Add sugar & remaining lime; muddle ingredients (do not strain).
- Fill glass with ice.
- Add Rum top with soda.
- Garnish with lime wedge and sprig of mint.
