Picaroons Harvest Ale
A golden amber ale made with New Brunswick malts and hops from various local maritime providers. The number of batches and hops change from year to year depending on the hop harvest.
Recommended food pairings include Turkey dinner, squash/pumpkin/carrots, root vegetables. Also Charcuterie and donairs both match well with Picaroons Harvest Ale.
This Amber Ale can be enjoyed with or without food, and especially when you’re in the mood to experience a premium crafted beer. Remember it is a limited release offering so don’t be disappointed, pick some up soon.
Halloween Spirit Pick
From field to bottle, Creator Francois Thibault oversees every step in the creation of Grey Goose. It is distilled only once using a continuous-column distillation process ensuring the quality of the wheat remains. The soft winter wheat is grown by three local farming coops in the Picardy region of France. After distillation the high-proof spirit is blended with spring water from their own exclusive well in Cognac that is naturally filtered through limestone. The result is one of the worlds Premium Vodkas.
Bloody Marys Pair well with Brunch and snack foods like a breakfast casserole or with spicy charcuterie meats, pickled speared items and pearls onions. Olives and veggie trays. A very versatile cocktail
Sunday brunch is a great time for everyone to enjoy a Bloody Mary or at a social mixer where hors d’oeuvre are being served. For big events, multiply the following recipe and make a pitcher ahead of time and keep in the refrigerator (just don’t add the ice til serving time).
Bloody Bloody Mary: Trent’s Cocktail Recipe
- 2 oz Grey Goose vodka (or Premium Vodka)
- 4 oz Tomato Juice
- Lemon and or lime wedge
- 4 dashes Worchester sauce
- 4 dashes Tabasco or hot sauce
- Pinch of smoked paprika (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt and pepper
- Stir well and Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a celery stalk.
