Fresh Pico de Gallo

Serves 4-6.

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, diced very small
  • 1 small red onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chips for serving

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with good quality tortilla chips.
