Gahan Vic Park Pale Ale

Gahan Vic Park is a medium bodied American Pale Ale that is balanced and hoppy. It shows lots of personality with aromas of grapefruit, pine and light malty breadiness on the nose. The palate is clean and bright with bursts of refreshing tropical fruit and a light bitterness on the finish. The aromatic hops and citrus components are well matched with pizza, Mexican food and subtly fruity cheddars.

Double Hill Nomad Cider

During the fall season show some Island love to the Caledonia based Double Hill Cidery. The Double Nomad is a terroir driven cider which truly reflects the unique soils and growing conditions of Prince Edward Island. The cider is crafted with wild apples that were “collected from the hedgerows and forest edges of the fields of eastern PEI.” The Nomad is a warm, golden colored cider with bold apricot and apple flavors with a balanced spicy finish.

Enhance a harvest inspired brunch with the Double Hill Nomad Cider. Hard cider is well suited to pair with a variety of sweet and spicy dishes that are typically served at brunch.

Riverdale Orchard 2 Scots 3 Apples

Leaves will soon be changing and temperatures will begin to drop indicating it’s time to toast the end of summer season. Celebrate the Island harvest with a glass of Riverdale Orchard 2 Scots 3 Apples .This award winning cider is produced amongst 45 acres of rolling hills in Riverdale, Prince Edward Island. Using 3 varieties of apples, 2 Scots 3 Apples is made from 100% apple juice. It is a crisp, dry, refreshing and slightly carbonated. Best served at 8-10°C.

Hard ciders, like wine, have an amazing affinity for food pairing. The lower alcohol, carbonation and natural fruitiness will marry well with the bold flavors of Gorgonzola Cheese or roasted game dishes. Enjoy a glass of the Riverdale Cider with an Apple and Blue Cheese Salad. Harvest Moon (Makes 1)

The sugar, acid and complexity developed during fermentation make ciders a great accent to cocktails.


  • 1 Orange Wedge
  • 13 Cranberries
  • 3, 1 inch pieces of Crystallized Ginger
  • 2oz of Aperol
  • 1oz of Lillet Blanc
  • 4oz Riverdale Orchard 2 Scots 3 Apples
  • 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters


  • In a cocktail shaker muddle orange wedge, 10 cranberries and 2 pieces of ginger.
  • Add Aperol, Lillet Blanc, bitters.
  • Shake well and strain into ice filled cocktail glass.
  • Top with Hard Cider.

Essenheim Riesling Limestone

Considered one of the most versatile grapes in the world, Riesling is often referred to as the “King of the White Wines”. It shines in the cooler regions of Germany, Canada, and Australia. Germany, the ancestral home of this noble grape has perfected the many different styles of Riesling. The Braumwell Essenhiem Limestone is dry with notes of citrus, fresh peach and lime. Great minerality on the refreshing finish with just a sparkle of spritz. Recommended serving temperature is 6-8 °C.

For food lovers, Riesling provides options to match starters, mains, and desserts. It will pair with fall inspired meals including Pumpkin Risotto & Aged Gouda or Maple Pumpkin Soup.

Barista Coffee Liqueur

Barista is a coffee flavored liqueur blended from the world’s finest Kona coffee, Caribbean Gold rum and a touch of dark chocolate. Barista delivers a deep rich coffee taste with 50% less sugar than many other coffee liqueurs. The rich aromas of dark roasting coffee, chocolate and floral notes are enhanced by the addition of silky rum. Enjoy Barista over ice added to specialty coffees or coffee flavored cocktails.

Warmed White Russian (Makes 2)


  • 2.5 cups freshly brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Barista Coffee Liqueur, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup vodka, or to taste
  • Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles


  • In a saucepan stir the coffee, cream, the Barista, and vodka.
  • Heat the mixture over moderate heat until it is hot. Divide the mixture among 2 heated mugs and garnish each drink with whipped cream.

Bulwark Original Craft Cider

Bulwark Cider is produced in Nova Scotia from apples sourced from the Annapolis Valley. This is a traditional style of cider that is dry, crisp and refreshing. It starts dry and moves to mineral and floral aromas and flavours. The finish is both nutty and floral. Cider is a great substitute for sparkling wine and champagne.

Food Pairings

Cider pairs well with cheddar cheese, pork chops, roasted vegetables and with most ingredients you would cook apples in.

  • 3oz Bulwark Cider
  • 1oz Tequila
  • 1oz Orange Liqueur
  • 1 Lime
  • Pinch of Brown Sugar
  • 2 Apple Slices & Cinnamon Sugar for garnish


  • Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on a shallow plate
  • Dip edge of glass into cider and dip into sugar mixture to rim glass
  • Add all the ingredients to cocktail shaker
  • Shake well and pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with apple slices.

Columbia Crest H3 Chardonnay

This Washington State wine is produced using 99% Chardonnay and 1% Riesling. 60% of the juice was fermented in new French and American oak.The other 40% was fermented in stainless steel to retain minerality and fruit forward characters.

The wine is medium bodied with aromas of spiced pear and apples. Hints of toasted oak, pineapple and grapefruit lead to a lengthy creamy finish.

Food Pairings

Seafood Chowder, Pan Seared Scallops or Roasted Pork. The H3 Chardonnay is perfect for serving with rich tasting courses especially with creamy based sauces. A great pairing with dishes featuring hollandaise sauce.

Plantation 20th Anniversary Rum

This Barbados spirit made with a selected blend of aged rum (12-20yrs) is matured in small French oak casks for 12-18 months.

This double aging gives the rum an incredible round and creamy mouth feel. The nose displays notes of sugar cane, oaky vanilla and toasted coconut. The palate features notes of cocoa, candied orange and cigar box.

Plantation 20th Anniversary Rum is great sipping rum for catching up with friends during the cooler fall months.

  • 2oz of Plantation Rum
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • 1oz Simple Syrup
  • Muddled Blueberries or Strawberries
  • Soda


  • Add first 4 ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Shake Vigorously
  • Pour into iced filled glass
  • Top with soda and Garnish with blueberries or Strawberries.
