Witches Brew
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
- 3 oz sparkling lemonade
- 1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig
Directions:
- Fill a tall glass with ice, add the gin, and top with sparkling lemonade. Slowly pour the Curaçao into the glass, letting it settle at the bottom to create a layered effect. Pour gently, as adding it too quickly will blend the layers. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
Propeller Galaxy IPA
Propeller Galaxy is a New England style IPA that captivates the senses with its hazy appearance and smooth body. With less perceived bitterness than typical IPAs, it invites both seasoned craft beer enthusiasts and newcomers alike. This brew boasts an explosion of hop aromas, featuring rich notes of pineapple, tropical citrus, and juicy mango, creating a refreshing and vibrant experience.
Pair it with spicy shrimp tacos or a fresh mango salad for a delightful culinary match that enhances the beer’s tropical flavours.
Double Hill Nomad Cider
During the fall season show some Island love to the Caledonia based Double Hill Cidery. The Double Nomad is a terroir driven cider which truly reflects the unique soils and growing conditions of Prince Edward Island.
