Hendrick’s Oasium

Oasium Negroni

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Campari
  • ¾ oz Hendrick’s Oasium Gin
  • ¾ oz sweet vermouth
  • 2 oz carbonated water
  • Lemon wedge, to garnish

Directions:

  • Add the Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth to a rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Top with carbonated water, gently stir, and garnish with a lemon wedge.

What began as a conversation at the bar between Jameson’s Head of Whiskey Science and the head brewer of a local craft brewery soon turned into an exchange of barrels. The result is Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition — a triple-distilled, blended Irish whiskey patiently finished in Irish craft stout–seasoned casks.

On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh-cut hay layered with citrus orchard fruit and gentle spice. The palate is smooth and softly sweet, showcasing the creamy mouthfeel typical of Irish pot still whiskey, complemented by subtle notes of hops and cocoa from the stout cask finishing. Hints of milk chocolate and butterscotch lead into a long, rounded, and pleasantly sweet finish.
