Ingredients

• 12 oz very hoppy IPA such as Gahan 1772 India Pale Ale
• 3 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
• Grapefruit twist to garnish

Directions

• In a glass add the grapefruit juice. Slowly fill the remainder of the glass with cold beer. Stir gently and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
