Licensing & Permits
The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission (PEILCC) is responsible under the Liquor Control Act for the licensing of all premises authorized to sell and/or manufacture alcohol within the province of PEI as well as the issuing of various types of permits.
The following types of licenses and permits are available to individuals and organizations who are not disqualified under the Act. For a full description, please refer to the Liquor Control Act Regulations. (See Corporate Page).
The Corporate Services section is responsible for processing all license and permit applications as well as enforcement of the Act, Regulations and PEILCC policies.
