Pink Grapefruit & Basil Mimosa
Makes 1 drink.
Ingredients
- ½ oz Matos Orange Liqueur
- 1 basil leaf
- 1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 3 oz sparkling wine
Directions
- In a glass, combine liqueur, basil and juice.
- Stir well and remove basil leaf.
- Top up with wine and enjoy garnished with fresh grapefruit slices and a sprig of basil.
