Pink Grapefruit & Basil Mimosa

Makes 1 drink.

Ingredients

  • ½ oz Matos Orange Liqueur
  • 1 basil leaf
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 3 oz sparkling wine

Directions

  • In a glass, combine liqueur, basil and juice.
  • Stir well and remove basil leaf.
  • Top up with wine and enjoy garnished with fresh grapefruit slices and a sprig of basil.
