Manufacturer’s Licenses
WINERY LICENSE
There are 3 types of Winery Licenses:
- Large Farm Winery – must have a minimum of 10 acres of verified vineyard with at least two acres on or adjacent to the winery.
- Small Farm Winery – must have a minimum of 3 acres but less than 10 acres of verified vineyard with at least two acres on or adjacent to the winery.
- Cottage Winery – must have a minimum of 3 acres of berries or fruit trees with at least two acres on or adjacent to the winery or a minimum of 50 beehives.
A $300.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany the application.
The annual fee for a Winery License is $400.00.

MICRO-BREWERY LICENSE
A Micro-Brewery is a brewery that produces less than 15,000 hectoliters of beer per year.
A $300.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany the application.
The annual fee for a Micro-Brewery License is $500.00.
Application Form for Manufacturers Liquor License
BREW-PUB LICENSE
Only holders of a liquor license that authorizes the sale of liquor to persons for consumption on the premises can apply for this license.
A brew-pub is a small capacity brewery which produces less than 2,000 hectolitres of beer per year and can sell only draft or bulk beer by the glass for consumption in its adjacent, totally segregated, licensed premises and at one other location which is owned and operated by the holder of the brew-pub license.
A $300.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany the application.
The annual fee for a Brew-Pub License is $400.00.

DISTILLER’S LICENSE
A Distiller’s License may be issued to a plant where liquor, other than beer or wine is manufactured.
A $300.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany the application.
The annual fee for a Distiller’s License is $400.00.
