Grapefruit Fizz
INGREDIENTS
1 cup (270mL) Tanqueray No. Ten
2 cups tonic water
½ cup pink grapefruit juice
3 oz Aperol
Pink grapefruit zests to garnish
METHOD
Measure all of the ingredients into an ice filled jug
Stir to ensure all of the ingredients are mixed
Pour into large wine glasses filled with fresh ice and garnish with a grapefruit zest
