Description
A Distiller’s License may be issued to a plant where liquor, other than beer or wine, is manufactured with a production capacity of at least 3,500 litres per year.
A $300.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany the application.
The annual fee for a Distiller’s License is $400.00.
