Garlic and Chili Winter Greens
Makes 2 portions.
Ingredients
- ½ lb spinach leaves
- ½ lb chopped kale, swiss chard or beet greens
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp crushed chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
- Heat a large heavy bottom dutch oven over medium heat. Add butter, add garlic and chili flakes.
- Add all the greens, then cook, stirring for about 5 minutes, until tender.
