Sangria 3 Ways
Passionfruit & Lime White Sangria
Makes 2.5 Litres
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bottle Casillero del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 passionfruits, halved and insides scooped out
- 2 limes, cut into slices
- 2 bottles Mikes Hard Lime
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- Soda water if desired
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix everything except Mike’s Hard Lime in a pitcher, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir in Hard Lime. If you’d like a fizzy sangria, you can add some soda water to taste.
- To serve, scoop a bit of fruit into an ice-filled glass. Top up with sangria and enjoy!
Pink Lemonade Sangria
Makes 1.5 L
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bottle Bask Rose
- 2 oz Limoncello Luxardo
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 oz grenadine syrup
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cans of sparkling lemon soda
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large pitcher, stir together everything except the lemon soda. Refrigerate overnight.
- Stir in lemon soda.
- To serve, scoop a bit of fruit into an ice-filled glass. Top up with sangria and enjoy!
Black Cherry Sangria
Makes 1.5 L
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bottle Trapiche Reserve Pinot Noir
- 2 cups ripe cherries, pitted and sliced
- 2 oz McGuinness Cherry Brandy
- 2 cans San Pellegrino Blood Orange (Aranciata Rosso) Soda
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large pitcher, stir together everything except the soda. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir in blood orange soda.
- To serve, scoop a bit of fruit into an ice-filled glass. Top up with sangria and enjoy!
