Grapefruit-Fizz

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (270mL) Tanqueray No. Ten
  • 2 cups tonic water
  • ½ cup pink grapefruit juice
  • 3 oz Aperol
  • Pink grapefruit zests to garnish
  • METHOD

  • Measure all of the ingredients into an ice filled jug
  • Stir to ensure all of the ingredients are mixed
  • Pour into large wine glasses filled with fresh ice and garnish with a grapefruit zest
