Strawberry & Shine Ice Pops
- 1 ½ pints fresh strawberries, hulled
- ½ cup sugar
- 8 oz Myriad Strait Shine
- Combine sugar and berries in a blender and blend until very smooth.
- Pour into an 8-well ice pop mould and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- To serve, pour 1 oz Strait Shine into a short glass.
- Add an ice pop, swirl and enjoy!
