• I understand that I will be required to submit quarterly reports and remittances to retain permission to sell direct to consumers in PEI.
• I understand that inducements of any kind are not permitted.
• I understand that I must register with Encorp Atlantic and remit the Container Recycling Fee as per the Environmental Protection Act.
• I understand that I must comply with the PEILCC’s Social Reference Pricing guidelines.
• I understand that the PEILCC reserves the right to revoke authorization to enable my business to sell direct to consumers in PEI.
• I am at least 19 years of age.
