Copper Bottom Rabble Rouser Red
Copper Bottom Rabble Rouser Red is a hearty ale without being heavy, perfect for warms days and cool nights. This Island favorite brings forward a little sweetness on the palate but the finish is dry and crisp with moderate alcohol content. A refreshing local beverage to celebrate the change in seasons.
Propeller Galaxy IPA
Propeller Galaxy is a New England style IPA that captivates the senses with its hazy appearance and smooth body. With less perceived bitterness than typical IPAs, it invites both seasoned craft beer enthusiasts and newcomers alike. This brew boasts an explosion of hop aromas, featuring rich notes of pineapple, tropical citrus, and juicy mango, creating a refreshing and vibrant experience.
Pair it with spicy shrimp tacos or a fresh mango salad for a delightful culinary match that enhances the beer’s tropical flavours.
Gahan Vic Park Pale Ale
Gahan Vic Park is a medium bodied American Pale Ale that is balanced and hoppy. It shows lots of personality with aromas of grapefruit, pine and light malty breadiness on the nose. The palate is clean and bright with bursts of refreshing tropical fruit and a light bitterness on the finish. The aromatic hops and citrus components are well matched with pizza, Mexican food and subtly fruity cheddars.
Double Hill Nomad Cider
During the fall season show some Island love to the Caledonia based Double Hill Cidery. The Double Nomad is a terroir driven cider which truly reflects the unique soils and growing conditions of Prince Edward Island. The cider is crafted with wild apples that were “collected from the hedgerows and forest edges of the fields of eastern PEI.” The Nomad is a warm, golden colored cider with bold apricot and apple flavors with a balanced spicy finish.
Enhance a harvest inspired brunch with the Double Hill Nomad Cider. Hard cider is well suited to pair with a variety of sweet and spicy dishes that are typically served at brunch.
