Liquor Control Act Survey

July 15th, 2026

The PEI Liquor Control Commission (PEILCC) and the Department of Finance and Affordability are undergoing a modernization review of the Liquor Control Act and Regulations, and the associated policy manuals for Ferment on Premises, Licensees, and Manufacturers.

We’re seeking public feedback on the laws, regulations, and policies that guide how liquor is served and sold in PEI.

The survey asks questions about key areas that may be updated to better reflect today’s technologies, processes, and expectations. The survey also includes process improvements and public input on products, delivery, and other topics that may not be directly related to the Act, regulations, and policies.

Your input will provide direction for decision-makers, and guide identification of areas of the Act, regulations, and policies that will be explored for consideration in the modernization process.
