Only a Dining Room License holder may apply for a Caterer’s License.

A Caterer’s License authorizes a licensee:

  1. to operate at locations without a liquor license; and
  2. cater only to events where meals are to be served in conjunction with the service of liquor.

The annual fee for a Caterer’s License is $250.00.
