Fresh Pico de Gallo
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, diced very small
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chips for serving
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with good quality tortilla chips.
