ATTENTION LICENSE HOLDERS – IMMEDIATE CHANGES TO PACKAGE SALES LICENSE

1. Liquor may now also be sold with take out orders that are picked up by your customer.

2. There is no restriction any longer on the type of product sold.

3. Current requirements as to what constitutes a meal and how much product may be purchased still apply.

NOTE: The change does not allow for delivery.

If you are eligible for the Package Sales License but do not have and wish to obtain:

• The application form is on our website
• $25 license fee must accompany the application
