Notables is a PEI Liquor store which offers a collection of premium, local, and exclusive wine, beer, and spirits – with over 500 products exclusively available at Notables. Notables is located at 6 Prince St., Charlottetown in the Founders’ Food Hall & Market.

What is Notables Ship to Store?
Notables Ship to Store is a new option that PEI Liquor is offering that allows customers to place orders for exclusive products only available at Notables and have them delivered to their preferred PEI Liquor store location.

Is there a shipping cost?
No, there is no shipping cost for Notables Ship to Store orders.

How long does it take for my order to arrive at my preferred store?
Your order will be delivered in 2-7 business days depending on your preferred PEI Liquor store location.

Do I have to pay over the phone?
Yes, customers will need to provide information from their credit card, Debit VISA or Debit Master Card over the phone when placing their order. Your privacy is important to us and no credit card information is stored by PEI Liquor. Notables store hours are Monday – Saturday 10:00am – 8:00pm and Sunday 12pm – 5:00pm.

How do I place an order by email?
Browse the Notables Product Selection page on liquorpei.com and make a list of the products you would like to order. Fill out the Notables Ship to Store Order Form with your order information (include product name, size, and quantity). When your order email has been received our staff will contact you to process your payment over the phone. When your order has been delivered to your preferred store, our staff will contact you to arrange pick up.

Can I change my order after I make it?
If you require changes to your order, please call Notables 902-368-4836, to arrange for changes. Changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please call Notables 902-368-4836. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I return my order?
All orders are final sale once shipped from Notables to the store of the customer’s choice.

Are all products available to order through this service?
Only products on the Notables Product Selection page are available for Ship to Store orders.

What if something isn’t available from my order?
When processing your order, our staff at Notables will let you know if a product is available or not at the time the order is being placed.


PAYMENTS

Is there a fee to pickup my order?
No, there is no fee to use this service.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay by e-transfer, gift card, or by debit when I arrive for pickup?
Unfortunately, we’re only accepting credit cards, debit VISA and debit Mastercard at this time.

Do I get a receipt?
Yes, a receipt will be included with your order.


PICKUP

How do I know when my order is ready for pick-up?
When your order has been delivered to your preferred PEI Liquor store, our store staff will contact you to arrange a pick-up time.

Can you deliver to my house?
No. At this time, we are not offering home delivery.

Can someone else pickup my order?
We recommend customers pick up their own order to secure all aspects of your purchase. However, when placing your order, please let our staff know if someone else will be picking up the order on your behalf. This person must be 19+ and have a valid photo ID.
