PEILCC Restocking Fee Policy
Waiver of Restocking Fees
Effective January 12, 2026, restocking fees for products listed on the general list of products or listed as one-time offers shall be waived.
Saleable Condition Requirement
All returned products must be in saleable condition, including original packaging and labeling, and free from damage or tampering.
PEILCC Discretion
The PEI Liquor Control Commission (PEILCC) reserves the right to accept returns only for products that meet saleable condition standards. Products failing to meet these standards will not be eligible for return.
