Terms and Conditions for the PEI Liquor Events Prize Package Contest
1. Contest Overview
The PEI Liquor Events Prize Package Contest is organized by the PEI Liquor Control Commission. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to residents of Prince Edward Island, Canada, who are at least 19 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Entry
To enter, participants must purchase a $50 or more gift card at a PEI Liquor corporate retail store. Entries must be submitted during the month of December.
4. Prize
The winner will receive 2 Tickets to PEI Spirit Festival, 2 Tickets to PEI Wine Festival, 2 Tickets to PEI Beer Festival, a gift card towards a Hotel Stay at the Delta Prince Edward, $100 Water’s Edge Gift Card, and $100 PEI Liquor Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw in January 2025. The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided on the contest form and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to allow the Organizer to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without notice.
7. Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or errors in entries. By entering the Contest, participants release and hold harmless the Organizer from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
8. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island, Canada.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of the Contest and in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.
10. Acceptance of Terms
